Are any of your doctors accepting new patients?
Sorry, our doctors are not accepting new patients, but you are welcome to use our services as a walk-in patient.
Do I need to show my Care Card?
On your first visit to our clinic, please be prepared to show your Care Card or proof of medical insurance.
What if I do not have a Care Card or proof of medical insurance?
Patients who do not have a valid BC Care Card or proof of valid medical insurance will be required to pay a $60 private fee.
What if I have to cancel?
If you have to cancel your appointment, please call us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to cancel your appointment with adequate notice will result in a fee.
What if the phone lines are busy?
The best times to phone during are usually between 8:15 am and 9 am, and after 2 pm; however, this may vary depending on the volume of calls on any given day. We usually close at 6 pm. If you wish to cancel your appointment, you can leave a message on our after-hours line or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I renew my prescription over the phone?
No, you must see a doctor in order to request a prescription renewal.
How do I request a specialist referral?
You must see a doctor in order to request a specialist referral. Either attend as a walk-in patient or make an appointment.
Can I request my medical records?
If you would like your appointment notes forwarded to your family doctor, please request it at the time of the appointment. If you need a copy of your records, please see our front desk or advise your doctor. Fees may apply to copies or transfers of medical records.
